Safety is our top priority. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule your adventure at no extra cost or provide alternative indoor activities. We monitor weather closely and will contact you 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
We provide all necessary safety equipment including helmets, harnesses, and emergency gear. We recommend bringing comfortable hiking boots, weather-appropriate clothing, and a water bottle. A detailed packing list is sent after booking.
Absolutely! Private tours are available for groups of 2-8 people. Private tours offer more flexibility in scheduling, pace, and customization. Contact us for special group pricing and custom itinerary options.
We offer full refunds for cancellations made 48 hours or more before your tour. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case.
